  • We only recommend clients for a role if they are interested in the role and if they will suit that role. We will send potential recruits to an interview only if they will fit the role, culture, and personality of the business and the people involved.
  • If we have nobody that suits then we will tell you we have nobody that suits.
  • Connect the dots connects people. No scattergun. We do not connect through social media to improve our chances of the scattergun working. No ongoing emails, or connection requests.
  • We charge a fixed price for the service.
