"I would like to thank Ms Ashling M for her empathy, her concerted efforts to assist us through a very stressful time for us as we were seeking urgently for care for our aged relative who did not have her own immediate family as he was single. Ashling was amazing and walked us through what was required, and also suggested we go have a look/tour some facilities close to us for the relative. Within less than a week, we toured 3 Bupa Ac facilities which all met our criteria and within a week, due to change in our circumstances, the need to place my relative escalated. Ashling helped me keep together during this stressful period and I thank her from the bottom of my heart. Our relatiev is now in respite care and we are relieved as we could no longer care for him. You were a lifesaver. I'd been struggling with finding and knowing how to find respite for Mike. It was such a relief when I saw your service advertised. Your customer service was excellent, keeping me informed each step along the way, whether the news was good or bad. I'm very happy to recommend your services. I tried to leave a Google Review but couldn't locate the company. Mike has settled in well although because of his higher care, he is with other high care (dementia) residents who aren't able to interact very much, but he doesn't seem to mind. He's enjoying the food and the friendly staff. He is able to use his wheelchair freely and it's been great to see him have this independence. Becoming skilled in his wheelchair will open up more opportunities for community access. We would like to see Mike settled into a permanent residence by the end of the year. Kind regards"
